The above is a blatant contradiction. Man gets jailed for only 10 weeks for killing a cat. Is justice being served to the deceased? An animal is also a life. Why do murderers like him get away so easily from legal punishments? 10 weeks, approximately 2.5 months, is a sentence not enough for a perpetrator who has committed a murder, moreover one which involved deliberate physical abuse and torture, just to fulfill his inner wanton desire. Immorality should never be forgiven so easily.
